Chattanooga Tasting Club: Our most anticipated tasting event thus far: “Champagne + Fried Chicken.” This irreverent (brilliant) pairing matches fine, French Champagne with Southern-style fried chicken! Come-and-go between 6:00-9:00 PM this Saturday night as we experience one of the most perfect (and notorious) pairings amongst wine nerds. Our guest wine geek this week is the lovely, ultra-talented Sommelier Jen Gregory! She’ll be pouring three, drop-dead-gorgeous Champagnes with arguably the best fried chicken in town from Champy’s!
