I know, I know, you’re probably raising your eyebrows at this mix. It’s the coffee and avocado, isn’t it? I must confess, when I first thought about this concoction, I wasn’t too sure about it either. Coffee and banana, yes. Avocado and banana, yes. But coffee and avocado? You just need to drink it to believe it!
Let me describe the flavour to you. Interestingly enough, you can taste all three of them, individually, as well as in symphony. It’s a thick, creamy drink, given the avocado in the mix. Beyond that, there is a very strong smoky flavour, and what’s intriguing, is this comes not just from the coffee, but also the banana. Have you ever noticed a touch of smokiness about the good old banana? Well, in this drink, the coffee emphasizes that aroma.
Caffeine in the drink is a great metabolism booster. Pre workout, it’ll help you get just that much more out of your routines and post, well, we might as well get that metabolism up for as long as we can.
