Meditation Nugget for the week:

The reason why most of the people give up on meditation, immediately after starting is because they feel like they are not making progress. Just the act of watching breath becomes so difficult that every other second your mind wanders off somewhere else and you suddenly remember that you are in meditation and you feel disappointed with yourself because you are supposed to watch your breath.

It’s OK….Just come back to breath awareness once you remember… Meditation by its self is not goal oriented, it is more of a journey.

So next time, It does’t matter whatever the technique you are using to meditate as long as it involves awareness of what you are doing, Come back.. if you miss a step or a beat or just lost in thoughts …It’s OK….I want you to know, while in meditation whatever happens…Its’ OK…..You are perfectly OK….. You are OK as you are….start in that acceptance and slowly meditation will follow….
