Although I have a full kitchen in the vacay suite, I’m treating myself to zero kitchen time on this little retreat with my girls. But I thought I’d share this recipe I meant to share last week while we’re chilling for a bit before we head out for our last night in Sedona.

This is something I came up with when I had friends over for dinner and didn’t want to work too hard for something yummy.

I like to serve this with my Cilantro Garlic Yellow Rice (url for that recipe in the recipe description).

If you want to serve it with the rice, best to get the rice going first because you don’t want to the shrimp to get cold while the rice is cooking.

Also, you can usually find Goya Sazón packets in the Latin aisle of your grocery and if not there, definitely online.
